課程大綱Course Description：

生產管理在農企業之應用課程重點在於，教育學生瞭解在農業生產過程中，如何提高農場產能的相關能力，包括1.訓練同學紀錄農場生產數據及分析能力。2.撰寫生產計畫及計算成本相關能力。3.應用數據分析市場需求及規劃產能。4.建立農場應用APP控制生產流程的相關知識及能力及撰寫程式的能力。

English Outline：

The focus of the application course of production management in agricultural enterprises is to educate students to understand how to improve farm productivity in the process of agricultural production, including 1. Training students to record farm production data and analytical capabilities. 2. The ability to write production plans and calculate costs. 3. Apply data to analyze market demand and plan production capacity. 4. Establish the relevant knowledge and ability of farm application APP to control the production process and the ability to write programs.
