課程大綱Course Description：

本學期課程將著重於使學生理解中華民國憲法對於基本人權之保障，並且學習如何操作憲法的人權條款。課程內容將包括：憲法學概論、民主憲法的基本原理原則、司法審查、憲法訴訟法、基本權總論與各論。除了憲法學理與我國憲法相關條文外，將特別著重於司法院解釋與憲法法庭判決。

English Outline：

This course is designed to familiarize you with the R.O.C. Constitution’s protection of individual rights and equality, as well as how to enforce these protections. The course will lead the students to go through the Constitutional theory, the legal doctrines of Constitutionalism, judicial review, the Constitutional Court Procedure Act, and the protection of human rights. We will focus our inquiry on the text of the R.O.C. Constitution, scholarly work and judicial review cases.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

使學生能初步理解中華民國憲法關於人權條款的理論與實務見解。 使學生能夠有閱讀、分析大法官解釋與憲法法庭判決之能力。 使學生能夠培養自身的民主、人權觀念與對法律議題的思辨能力。 使學生能對於新興人權，如集體權、環境權、數位人權等議題有所關心，進而有更多之社會參與。
