The rapid development of information communication technologies (ICTs) also led to a drastic change in the industrial environment. New technologies have created new products and services, new industries, and new business models, but also become the pressure of business management. This course will focus on how the advanced ICTs can be applied in business operation and management so that the enterprises can adapt to environmental changes and can look forward to the advanced ICTs as a boost to industrial development and upgrading business performance. The main contents of this course include the introduction of e-commerce (EC), financial technology (FinTech), internet of things (IoT), big data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), etc. We will illustrate the related ICTs applications and how they can be applied in businesses and industries by teaching cases. |
