| 面對市場競爭，企業必須整合內部資源，並結合上下游成為一個完整的供應鏈，進行有效率的加值活動。企業資源規劃協助企業對生產、財務、人力、物料、資訊等各種資源做統籌管理，提供即時而完整的資訊給企業進行決策，已成為企業經營管理系統的核心。本課程介紹企業資源規劃的基本觀念、規劃活動的內容、導入的策略、導入的流程、關鍵成功因素、實施結果評估，及其對組織與作業的影響等。 |
| English Outline： |
| Facing market competition, a cooperate should integrate their internal resource, and their upper and lower streams to form a complete supply chain in order to proceed efficient value added activities. Enterprise resource planning, as being the core of enterprise management systems, helps corporate overall planning production, financial, human resource, material, and information resources, and provides both in time and completeness information for decision making. This course introduces the basic concepts, planning contents, introducing strategies, introducing flow, critical success factors, and results evaluation of enterprise resource planning. The influences to organization and operations are discussed too. |

Comprehend Core ERP Concepts and Functions: By the end of this course, students will understand the fundamental concepts of ERP systems, their components, and how they integrate various business processes across departments. 2. Analyze Business Process Integration: Students will learn how ERP systems facilitate the seamless integration of business processes such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and customer relationship management. 3. Develop Skills in ERP System Configuration and Customization: Students will acquire hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERP software to align with specific organizational requirements and workflows. |
