課程大綱Course Description：

本課程針對工業管理系大三學生設計，以 問題導向學習 (PBL) 為核心，聚焦於管理情境下的專案問題解決流程。課程結合理論講授、案例導入、AI工具應用與分組專案，幫助學生培養問題分析、決策規劃、專案執行與專業表達能力。透過流程圖、魚骨圖、決策矩陣、WBS、甘特圖等管理工具，搭配生成式AI輔助，學生將能模擬真實提案流程，並完成期中與期末專案成果。

English Outline：

This course is designed for junior students in Industrial Management and adopts Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as its core framework, focusing on project problem-solving processes in managerial contexts. The course integrates lectures, case studies, AI tool applications, and group projects to develop students’ abilities in problem analysis, decision-making, project execution, and professional communication. By applying management tools such as flowcharts, fishbone diagrams, decision matrices, WBS, and Gantt charts, combined with generative AI support, students will simulate real-world proposal processes and complete both midterm and final project deliverables.
