課程大綱Course Description：

本課程目的在於幫助學生探討人類行為與心智歷程；了解心理學的基本問題、理論、研究方法以及重要研究發現，俾使學生獲得一般心理學知識，並聚焦正向心理學的內涵，探索個人的內在價值和資源，並透過自我優勢與美德創造豐富的生命意義。

English Outline：

This course is designed to assist students in examining human behavior and cognitive processes. It introduces fundamental issues in psychology, its core theories, research methodologies, and seminal findings, thereby furnishing students with foundational knowledge in general psychology. Moreover, the course emphasizes the essence of positive psychology, encourages exploration of an individual's intrinsic values and resources, and aims to enrich one's life meaning through the recognition and application of personal strengths and virtues.
