本課程旨在協助學生了解家政的內涵，充實家政的相關知能，期望學生能從做中學了解自我與家庭的關係，有助於提升其生活品質與追求幸福人生。

This course aims to assist students in understanding the essence of home economics, enriching their relevant knowledge and skills in this field. It is expected that students will learn about themselves and their family relationships through hands-on experiences, thereby contributing to the enhancement of their quality of life and the pursuit of a fulfilling and happy life.
