課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在對照並訓練母語與英語間發音之異同。學生在課堂上學習英語子音、母音的發音位置及正確之發音法，並練習發音、辨音。教學上亦強調與學生母語相似、相異之音及可能存在之母語干擾情形。

English Outline：

This course aims to strengthen students' English pronunciation with exercises of consonants and vowels, stress and intonation patterns, and speech rhythm. The exercises are partly constructed on a contrastive basis -- to highlight problems of interference from sounds in the student’s native language that are close to the English sounds being practiced, and from other English sounds which appear similar to the particular sounds to be produced.
