課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在介紹志願服務工作的本質、特性，志願服務組織、功能、實施以及國內外志願服務狀況瞭解，並探討志願服務人員的特質。

English Outline：

This course provides the understanding of voluntary service, its nature, characteristics, organizations, functions and practice. Variety of voluntary service internationally will also be discussed. The certain traits of personality within people doing voluntary service are also explored.

1.從專業化發展，使學生擁有助人專業的理論與知識，以提昇學生社會服務輸送之能力。 2.從全人化之觀點，使學生關注社會弱勢、社會正義，有志服務人群並願意投身社會工作。 3.從國際化趨勢，使學生具備多元文化與終身學習之能力，以促進國際參與及終身學習。
