課程大綱Course Description：

本課程除了介紹早期療育社會工作中包含心理暨社會模式、認知模式、危機干預模式、系統理論模式、社會網絡模式、任務中心模式等相關理論模式外，其最主要目的在引導學生建構早期療育社會工作之基礎概念，並學習運用個案診斷、個案管理、社區工作、跨專業資源整合、個別化家庭服務等技術，為遲緩兒及其家庭進行早療社會工作服務。

English Outline：

Besides introducing different theories of early intervention in social work practice, which includes psychosocial model, cognitive model, crisis intervention model, system theory model, social network model and task-centered model, this course also aims to get an overview about social work practice in early intervention. Important Skills such as diagnosis, case management, community work, Trans-disciplinary model and Individualized Family Service Plan will be also discussed in this course.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

( 一) 認知面：促使學生了解早期療育政策、福利服務的專業知能及相關議題。 ( 二) 技能面：學習瞭解與評估發展遲緩與身心障礙兒童及其家庭的處境、問題與需求以及處遇模式。 ( 三) 情意面：期使學生對於一般兒童發展、發展遲緩與身心障礙嬰幼兒之早期療育議題能有所關懷，增進自主學習能力。
