課程大綱Course Description：

社會個案工作是社工實務中很重要的工作方法，尤其是與家庭工作。個案工作是有系統地、連續性的助人工作，從申請接案、預估分析、介入處遇與結案轉介等工作步驟，來協助案主解決與提昇其適應生活功能。本課程主要目的係社會個案工作方法，結合理論概念、實務操作、案例演練及課堂討論等方法，來了解如何進行個案及其家庭的服務。

English Outline：

Social casework is a primary method of social work practice, especially in working with families. The casework method is systematic and orderly and includes the processes of intake, social study, assessment, intervention, and termination toward problem solutions and social functioning among individuals. The purpose is to combine theoretical concepts, practical operations, role-playing activities, class discussions, and interview exercises to understand how to provide services to people and their families.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

一、 結合理論與基本概念運用於社會個案工作實務 二、 透實際演練、案例討論與會談技巧練習，藉以利於未來社工服務之評估處遇 三、 培養個案工作之評估與處遇服務計畫執行的能力 四、 協助學生未來進入社工實務的準備
