課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要目的為結合家庭暴力防治與社工實務，從家庭暴力理論、成因認識為開始，從被害人
、加害人(相對人)的觀點來看處遇執行以及分析相關家庭暴力防治制度、網絡資源、服務輸送與政策觀點，並就兒少、成人、老人、身心障礙者保護、目睹兒童及其他家庭成員間的暴力、加害人處遇等實務議題進行社會工作處遇的實務說明。另以實務評估及演練讓學生了解風險及需求評估、安全計畫的擬定與實施、危機介入與復原及處遇服務之執行，並就多元家庭暴力議題進行研討。課程結合多媒體教材、實務操作方式，以讓學生了解家庭暴力防治服務之運作。

English Outline：

The purpose of this course is to combine domestic violence prevention and social work practice, starting from the theory and understanding of causes of domestic violence, looking at treatment and execution from the perspectives of victims and offenders, and analyzing relevant domestic violence prevention systems, network resources, Service delivery and policy perspectives, and practical explanations of social work treatment on practical issues such as the protection of children, adults, the aged, and people with disabilities, witnessing violence between children and other family members, and treatment of offenders. Through practical exercises, to help students understand risk and need assessment, safety plans, crisis intervention and recovery, and the implementation of treatment services, and conduct discussions on multiple domestic violence issues. The course combines multimedia teaching materials and practical operation methods to allow students to understand the operation of domestic violence prevention services.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.透過課堂講授，讓學生了解家庭暴力防治的發展脈絡與理論觀點、政策發展。
2.認識家庭暴力防治的類型、需求問題評估與服務處遇方法，增進學生對於家庭暴力防治工作實務運用的瞭解與實務操作方法
3.幫助學生理解家庭暴力防治在社會工作實務的運用，預備未來投入實習及就業的基礎，並使學生關注社會弱勢、社會正義，有志服務人群並願意投身社會工作。
4.著重對於多元族群文化、性別平等觀念、國際化趨勢，使學生具備多元文化與終身學習之能力，以促進國際參與及終身學習。
