課程大綱Course Description：

此課程主要目的是使學生了解現今社區工作實務的現況，以及見習政府部門社會工作者的角色與工作內涵。課程進行方式︰學生以小組方式至政府部門的社區工作單位，了解政府社區工作的組織架構與服務內涵，以及政府進行決策的過程。然後由學生運用在校所學習的相關知識與技巧，實際為民眾提供服務。並且每週與學校督導者進行團體督導。

English Outline：

The aim of this course is to introduce how a social worker to develop、to organize and to solve the problems in a community. The course is a group work, the students will practice what they have learned doing service in the community organizations. The will use the skills, and knowledge to solve the communities problems under the supervision of the teachers and supervisors.

1.從專業化發展，使學生擁有助人專業的理論與知識，以提昇學生社會服務輸送之能力。 2.從全人化之觀點，使學生關注社會弱勢、社會正義，有志服務人群並願意投身社會工作。 3.從國際化趨勢，使學生具備多元文化與終身學習之能力，以促進國際參與及終身學習。
