This course introduces the basic concepts of the tourism and hospitality industry. The course content includes the origin and development of the restaurant and travel industry, an outline of hotel management, the development and classification of the restaurant industry, the management of non-profit food and beverage services, an introduction to conference management, and the scope of the tourism and leisure business. |
