課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨主要介紹觀光餐旅產業的基本概念。課程內容包括餐旅業起源與發展、旅館業的經營管理概要、餐飲業的發展與分類、非營利性餐飲服務管理、會議管理概論、觀光休閒事業範疇。

English Outline：

This course introduces the basic concepts of the tourism and hospitality industry. The course content includes the origin and development of the restaurant and travel industry, an outline of hotel management, the development and classification of the restaurant industry, the management of non-profit food and beverage services, an introduction to conference management, and the scope of the tourism and leisure business.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.培育具備餐旅專業知識與技能之管理人才。 2.教學上強調餐旅理論與實務之結合，並加強人文素養、外國語文及運用資訊科技於餐旅管理的能力，著重倫理道德及敬業精神的培養，期使學生成為具宏觀視野及人文關懷之餐旅專業人才。
