課程大綱Course Description：

課程內容主要將討論導覽解說的對象與目標，介紹導覽解說原則與實務方法、博物館專業解說概論、了解專業解說員在遊程中扮演的角色、了解我國相關法規、現代化導覽解說的技巧與科技等方向。透過本課程的學習與遊客面對面的導覽實做，一方面希望讓同學深入思考導覽解說與人類社會文化的關係；另一方面，也以希望能夠增加同學對人文古蹟及海事類博物館的興趣與了解，使導覽解說成為學生未來專業發展、自我學習或是生活休閒的管道。

English Outline：

The content of the course will mainly discuss the objects and goals of guided tours, introduce the principles and practical methods of tour interpretation, an introduction to professional museum interpretation, understand the role of professional interpreters in the tour, understand relevant laws and regulations in my country, and the skills and techniques of modern tour interpretation. technology, etc. Through the study of this course, we will conduct face-to-face tours with tourists. On the one hand, we hope to make students think deeply about the relationship between tour guides and human society and culture; on the other hand, we hope to increase students' interest in cultural heritage and maritime museums. and understanding, making the guided tour a channel for students' future professional development, self-learning or life and leisure.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

導覽解說是服務的工作，包括資訊的提供，導引的服務及啟發性的教育等等。它可以利用不同的媒介(多媒體、模型、標本及電子科技)，在最適當的時機引導遊客去感受自然人文景點內涵，帶給遊客不一樣的體驗。(知識、其他) 2.除導覽解說之基本概念及技巧外，著重於解說「實務」之演練，期盼同學於畢業後成為海洋還境、海事博物館等場域之專業導覽人才。(技能) 3.遊客來自不同社經背景、年齡層，導覽內容接受度也不盡相同，因此面對各種層面的遊客，互動技巧及態度是專業導覽人員重要的訓練。(態度)
