課程大綱Course Description:
本課程針對服務業之管理暨實地參與學習服務作探討,課程包函學生戶外社區服務實習暨服務業的本質與定義、
顧客需求、服務系統設計與作業管理、服務地點與佈置、服務業人力資源與行銷管理、服務等候線管理及服務品
質管理與顧客滿意等。經此課程的學習可使同學真正瞭解服務業管理的內容,並安排實地參與學習且導入資訊科
技的運用以改善服務業之效率與效能。
English Outline:
This course discusses the management of the service industry and field participation in learning services. The course includes outdoor community service practice for students and the nature and definition of the service industry, customer needs, service system design and operation management, service location and layout, service industry human resources And marketing management, service waiting line management and service quality management and customer satisfaction. Through the study of this course, students can truly understand the content of service industry management, and arrange on-the-spot participation in learning and introduce the application of information technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service industry.

2.培養學生具備規劃與管理服務業之能力,並能洞悉消費者行為與掌握服務管理的核心。
3.藉由學生個別與分組之雙重方式,進行個別與團體案例之應用與共同學習,以促進團隊合作之學習。
