本課程旨在培養學生對電學基本理論、知識及技能的扎實理解，專為非電子電機相關科系的學生設計。課程內容涵蓋基本電學原理與相關元件介紹，電路分析方法，以及使用電子電路模擬軟體進行實際應用。學生將學習如何分析電路、理解電阻、電感、電容等元件的特性，並掌握電路模擬技術，以便能將理論應用於實際工程問題的解決。

English Outline：

This course aims to equip students with a solid understanding of fundamental theories, knowledge, and skills in electrical engineering. It is specifically designed for students who are not majoring in electronics or electrical engineering. The course covers basic electrical principles, introduces related components, and teaches circuit analysis methods and the practical application of electronic circuit simulation software. Students will learn how to analyze basic circuits, understand the characteristics of components such as resistors, inductors, and capacitors, and master circuit simulation techniques, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world engineering problems.
