| 本課程以「職業心理學」在台灣職涯與就業服務中的應用為主軸,透過探討職涯發展理論、心理測驗與職業輔導技巧,以及政府推廣的員工協助方案(EAP)與職場心理健康政策,幫助學生理解心理學在就業服務與人力資源實務中的關鍵角色。課程將結合理論研讀、案例討論與課堂練習,使學生能夠掌握職業心理學的核心知識,並培養運用於就業服務、職涯諮商及職場支持方案之能力。 |

| This course focuses on the application of vocational psychology in career development and employment services in Taiwan. It covers two major themes: career development theories and psychological assessment in vocational counseling, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and workplace mental health policies promoted by the Taiwanese government. Through theoretical study, case discussion, and classroom exercises, students will gain a solid understanding of the role of psychology in employment services and human resource practices. The course aims to integrate theory with practice, preparing students to apply vocational psychology in career counseling, employment services, and workplace support programs. |
| 本科目教學目標Course Objectives: |
| 完成本課程後,學生將能夠: 1. 認識職業心理學的主要理論基礎(Holland、Super、Krumboltz、Savickas 等)。 2. 瞭解就業服務乙級考試中與心理學相關的重點,並能應用於職涯輔導。 3. 熟悉台灣政府推動之 EAP(員工協助方案)政策內涵與執行模式。 4. 分析職場心理健康、員工壓力與組織支持之關聯。 5. 能將理論與實務結合,設計職涯輔導與心理健康促進的研究題目或方案。 |
