本課程配合食品加工之課程來操作試驗,使學生能深入瞭解加工技術。其內容包括農產品、麵製品、畜產品、果醬、蜜餞製作、調氣保存、初級加工應用等實習,藉此提升相關農產品初級加工技術之能力。 |
English Outline: |
This course cooperates with the course of food processing to conduct experiments so that students can have a deep understanding of processing technology. Its content includes practice in the production of agricultural products, flour products, animal products, jams, candied fruit, air-conditioning preservation, primary processing applications, etc., so as to enhance the ability of primary processing technologies of related agricultural products. |
