課程大綱Course Description：

本課程廣泛的討論自然保育與人類的關係，課程內容並將著在以下的幾項主題，如近代野生動物經營管理與保育形成之歷程、臺灣在地社區保育面臨的挑戰、自然保育與社區發展的關係、自然資源的永續利用與生物多樣性的保育。

English Outline：

Human Dimension on Natural and Wildife Conservation. This course broadly discusses community-based conservation. The course content will focus on the following topics: the history of modern wildlife management and conservation, the challenges faced by local community conservation in Taiwan, the relationship between natural conservation and community development, and the sustainable use of natural resources and the conservation of biodiversity.

培育陸域野生動物保育及經營管理所需之研究、行政、環境教育等專業人才，以持續提升國內生態保育成效。
