課程大綱Course Description：

大一英文提供四技學生在奠定學生英文之基本閱讀與寫作能力，並於期末舉行全校會考，以鑑定其修習之成果。 大一英文(Ⅰ)課程著重在字彙的加強，文章結構的分析、閱讀策略的運用、及文法的瞭解與應用。 學生們經由這些方面的學習研究，徹底瞭解以及實際的演練，即可學到豐富的英文知識，以達到改進並提升英文程度的目的。

English Outline：

It aims to build up student with basic reading and writing skills in English. A joint English final exam is offered to evaluate students, progress. The curricula of Basic English(Ⅰ) lay emphasis on the reinforcement of vocabulary, the analysis of sentence structures, the application of reading strategies, and the understanding of English grammar. Through studying, realization and acceptance of the practical training of these areas of English courses, students can learn a great deal of English knowledge and reach the purpose of improving and promoting their English.
