課程大綱Course Description:
本課程結合課堂知識學習與實務場域的練習操作,讓學生完整學習園藝治療方案設計的每一個部分,包含個案評估、園藝治療目的目標的擬定、園藝活動的選擇、適應性工具的考量、風險評估、紀錄與效益評量。
English Outline:
This course integrates classroom-based learning with hands-on practice in a real-world setting or facility, enabling students to gain a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of horticultural therapy program design. The learning and training encompass conducting client assessments, formulating goals and objectives for horticultural therapy, selecting appropriate horticultural activities to meet these goals, considering adaptive tools, performing risk assessments, and documenting and evaluating outcomes.
本科目教學目標Course Objectives:
1.個案觀察與評估的方法 (Methods for client observation and assessment)
2.擬定個人與團體的園藝治療目的與目標 (Formulating individual and group goals and objectives for horticultural therapy)
3.選擇園藝活動以對應治療目的目標以及活動的修改 (Selecting horticultural activities corresponding to therapeutic goals and objectives and activity modification)
4.園藝治療方案的植物材料選擇 (Plant materials for horticultural therapy programs)
5.適應性工具、設施、設備與風險評估 (Adaptive tools, equipment, and devices and risk assessment)
6.活動紀錄與效益評量 (Activity documentation and outcome evaluation)
7.選擇自己設計的一次活動進行現場操作與反思 (Implementing one self-designed activity on site and engaging in reflection)
8.對園藝治療流程與方法進行審查 (Reviewing horticultural therapy sessions)
9.完成一份完整的園藝治療方案 (Complete a full horticultural therapy program that is realistic and applicable)
