課程大綱Course Description：

人地關係與環境永續發展 本課程從人地關係、環境保育與永續發展的角度出發，結合社會與自然條件，滿足社區、生態與聚落的需求。重點在於建構具備生態環境、景觀美化與社區認同的空間規劃與設計概念，強化從基地設計、活動導入、景觀規劃至經營管理的全過程之理論與實務操作能力。 空間營造與氣候變遷調適 課程涵蓋空間營造的過程，探討如何對居住家園、社區及都市進行環境改造。特別納入氣候變遷議題，運用空間防災、減災與調適的規劃方法，深化學生在環境規劃方面的理論認知與實際操作能力。 規劃實務與專業技能訓練 培育學生進行土地開發、休閒經營與活動企劃的專案規劃能力。學生將學習撰寫規劃分析報告、執行個案研究、進行現場調查及發展替選方案，以增強畢業後的專業競爭力與應變能力。

English Outline：

Human-Environment Relationships and Sustainable Development This course explores human-environment relationships, environmental conservation, and sustainable development, integrating social and natural factors to meet the needs of communities, ecosystems, and settlements. The focus is on spatial planning and design concepts incorporating ecological sustainability, landscape enhancement, and community identity. Students will develop theoretical and practical competencies throughout the process, from site design and activity integration to landscape planning and management. Spatial Development and Climate Change Adaptation The course covers spatial development processes, examining strategies for improving residential areas, communities, and urban environments. Special emphasis is placed on climate change adaptation, incorporating spatial disaster prevention, mitigation, and adaptation planning methods to enhance students' theoretical understanding and practical skills in environmental planning. Planning Practices and Professional Skills Training Students will be trained in project planning for land development, leisure management, and event planning. The course includes hands-on training in writing planning and analysis reports, conducting case studies, performing field surveys, and developing alternative solutions, thereby strengthening their professional competitiveness and adaptability in the job market.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.行動學習與社會實踐能力培養 學生透過行動學習與實地參與，提升社會實踐能力，落實大學社會責任，回應當地社會與教育場域的需求。藉由資源整合與價值外顯化，學生在實踐中增進在地認同，提升自主學習與實際社會參與能力。 2.學習歷程與自我評估 課程評量重點在於學生的學習態度、認知轉變與行為調整。透過PBL（問題導向學習），評估學生的學習歷程，讓其反思自身在課程中的角色與成長。
