課程大綱Course Description：

本課程以地球資源耗竭現象為出發點，講述國際政治經濟關係中資源控制與國家影響力的關係，並探討全球化浪潮下國際間資源運用的利益共生關係，以及國家如何面對並設法解決糧食、生態、能源等危機及極端氣候肆虐的影響。

English Outline：

This course begins on the exhaustion of the natural resources of the earth, and then discusses a state’s effects on the domination of resources. It also talks about the symbiotic relations among states under the globalization era, and how states face the extreme weather havoc and the crisis of food, ecology, energy etc. and solve the problems.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

介紹全球化下地球的資源爭奪危機與相關國際情勢議題，透過關注全球資源問題，訓練學生探索國際政治經濟問題的基本能力，掌握世界訊息脈動，培養宏觀的視野。
