課程大綱Course Description: |
世界經濟論壇(World Economic Forum, WEF)多次指出,現在的學生,未來有 非常高的比例會從事全新的工作,又稱未來的工作(Jobs of Tomorrow) ,而跨 領域的能力,就是工作者面對變化的最佳助力。企業更偏好跨領域人才,能從 不同視角觀察組織所面對的挑戰,在模糊的情勢下,定義出必須優先解決的問 題,並用靈活創新的方式提出解方。 在上述的社會經濟典範轉移背景發展之下,本課程期望培養學生更靈活及創新 的跨領域思考、系統分析、問題解決等綜合能力。透過跨國文、人文及社會科 學三位教師的課程合授及跨領域共同指導,再配合期末主題與個案研究導向產 出,提供學生自主學習場域,激發更多跨領域知識共同產出機會。 |
English Outline: |
The World Economic Forum (WEF) has pointed out many times that a very high proportion of current students will engage in brand-new jobs in the future, also known as Jobs of Tomorrow, and interdisciplinary abilities are what can best help in facing changes. Enterprises prefer interdisciplinary talents who can observe the challenges faced by the organization from different perspectives, define the problems that must be solved as a priority in ambiguous situations, and propose solutions in a flexible and innovative way. Under the background of the above-mentioned social and economic paradigm shift, this course hopes to cultivate students' comprehensive abilities such as more flexible and innovative interdisciplinary thinking, system analysis, and problem solving. Through the co-teaching and co-mentorship by faculty member of Chinese literature, humanities and social sciences disciplines and the final theme and case study-oriented output, students are provided with a space for independent learning to stimulate more opportunities for interdisciplinary knowledge co-production. |
