課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨在引導學生理解教育行政的基本概念與我國教育制度之運作，並熟悉相關教育法規的內容與應用。課程內容涵蓋教育法規研讀、教育行政案例討論，以及實地訪談學校行政主管。透過上述學習活動，學生將培養分析與解決教育行政問題的能力，並能深入理解教育行政在實務中的挑戰與專業要求。同時，本課程強調依法行政與專業倫理的養成，並培養學生關注與評析教育政策發展的能力。

English Outline：

This course is designed to guide students in understanding the fundamental concepts of educational administration and the operation of Taiwan’s educational system, as well as in becoming familiar with the content and application of relevant educational laws and regulations. The course includes the study of educational laws, discussions of administrative cases, and field interviews with school administrators. Through these activities, students will develop the ability to analyze and solve administrative problems, gain deeper insights into the practical challenges and professional requirements of educational administration, and cultivate a spirit of lawful administration, professional ethics, and the capacity to engage in the critique and evaluation of educational policies.
