課程大綱Course Description：

本課程針對認證中等教育學程商業與管理群任教科目的師資生，以系統化教學方式介紹如何有效運用教學方法與規劃教材，以達成教學目標，提升教學成效。本科目主要內涵包括：十二年國教108課綱商管群介紹、學習理論、素養導向課程與教學、教案設計、教材規劃以及各類教學方法，輔以教學演練與實地觀課，培養師資生成為具專業教育知能的中等學校教師。

English Outline：

This course is aimed at students who are certified education program of business and management group. This course will introduce how to effectively use teaching methods and plan teaching materials to achieve teaching goals and improve teaching effectiveness. The main content of this subject includes: introduction to the 108 Curriculum Guidelines of Ministry of Education, learning theory, competency-oriented curriculum and teaching, and various teaching methods, supplemented by teaching practices and field observations, to train students become a secondary school teacher with professional teaching skills.

1.了解有關教育目的和價值的主要理論或思想，以建構自身的教育理念與信念。 2.了解我國教育政策、法規及學校實務，以作為教育實踐的基礎。 3.了解並運用學習原理，以符合學生個別的學習需求與發展。 4.依據課程綱要、課程理論及教學原理，以規劃素養導向課程、教學及評量。 5.具備任教領域/群科/科目所需的專門知識與學科教學知能，以進行教學。
