課程大綱Course Description：

本科目之教學目標在於運用教學設計的觀點，以系統化教學方式介紹如何有效運用教學方法與規劃教材，以達成教學目標，提升教學效果。本科目主要內涵包括：熟習108家政群領域課綱、了解家政教學設計與應用教材教法、觀摩體驗家政相關課程現場的教學、進行教案設計與試教演練。

English Outline：

The goal of this course is to cultivate students' basic knowledge of teaching materials and teaching methods, including: teaching material analysis, teaching plan design, teaching implementation, etc.; and to have sufficient practical exercises in addition to theoretical study. This course provides students with the opportunity to combine theory and practice by integrating it with on-site teaching.

1. 培育學生教材教法的基本知能，包括：教材分析、教案設計。 2. 提供學生理論與實務結合的機會，包括：教學試教(教學方法、教材運用、板書練習等)、教學現場參觀、教學現場見習。 3. 為未來成為老師奠定基本的準備，包括：教育面試、履歷自傳。
