課程大綱Course Description：

大一英文提供四技學生在奠定學生英文之基本閱讀與寫作能力，並於期末舉行全校會 考，以鑑定其修習之成果。大一英文(1) (第二級)課程目標為幫助學生擴充英文字彙量、 增進文法知識，並學習英文閱讀技巧，以增進英文能力並提升學習興趣。

English Outline：

This course aims to develop students’ basic reading and writing skills in English. A unified English final exam is offered to evaluate students’ progress. Freshman English (1)（Level 2） aims to broaden students’ English vocabulary, improve their sense of grammar, and acquire various English reading skills. It is hoped that through this course students can improve their English proficiency and gain greater motivation in learning English.

The objective of this course aims to prepare the students possessing medium level of English knowledge, skill, ability and attitude in terms of reading.

Easy test線上平台練習 10% (https://easytest.npust.edu.tw/) （Easy test線上教學平台之TOEIC 模擬正式測驗1,2,3,4回; 請在第8週上課前完成1、2回閱讀部分，在第16週上課前完成3、4回閱讀部分，每回合閱讀部分必須達到180分才予以採計，每回合2.5%) 3. 額外加分方式: 語言中心開設之語言課程與語言社團活動。 * 報名並參加語文中心舉辦的英文活動，每2小時加總分1分。 *自學 (下列擇一)： *112-2起「取消」自學區和自學護照。 (1) 基礎英文課程(36小時)：基礎英文(字彙)(文法)(聽力) (於選課系統自行加選) (2) 計畫課程(22.5小時)：多益加強班(詳見海報) (3) 其他：英語類活動(詳見語言中心臉書或IG) 註：大一英文與英聽的自學成績「不可重複採計」。例如：若學生之英文及英聽課皆有自學成績之要求，則需選修上述「任2門」語言中心開設之課程。故建議老師登記自學時，回收出席時數/參與證明。 調整級數：可憑校外英檢或上學期成績單，於加退選週周四中午至語言中心申請上調級數(下調級數需持未及格成績單和任課老師同意書) Easy test (https://easytest.npust.edu.tw/) 帳號 學號 密碼Kz@學號!
