課程大綱Course Description：

本課程主要講授大數據如何應用於精準營養及高齡健康管理。將由食品營養、保健醫療及資訊科學等跨領域專家學者共同授課，講解如何利用飲食記錄、生活型態及體檢數據等資料預測疾病或症候群之相關性，並結合國內外實證研究之結果提供健康促進方案。

English Outline：

This course primarily introduces how big data can be applied to precision nutrition and elderly health management. It will be taught jointly by cross-disciplinary experts in food and nutrition, healthcare, and information science, who will explain how dietary records, lifestyle data, and medical examination results can be used to predict the correlation with diseases or syndromes, and how the findings of domestic and international empirical studies can be integrated to provide health promotion programs.
