課程內容涵蓋動物實驗與細胞培養之優劣比較、iPS/ES細胞於再生醫學中的應用,以及器官晶片(MPS)與微流體技術的發展趨勢,並進一步探討3R替代技術的未來方向。課程第二部分則透過實作訓練,導入3D生物列印、VR模擬教學系統、懸浮培養與切向流過濾模組、結合AI的器官晶片藥物開發應用,以及細胞即時監測與3D培養材料導入等新興技術,增進學生對替代技術的實務操作能力與跨域科技素養。 |
English Outline: |
This course introduces the comparative merits of animal experiments and cell culture, applications of iPS/ES cells in regenerative medicine, and advances in organ-on-a-chip and microfluidic technologies. Through hands-on training in 3D bioprinting, VR simulation, AI-assisted organ-on-a-chip drug development, and other emerging methods, students will strengthen practical skills in alternative technologies and interdisciplinary innovation. |
