課程大綱Course Description：

地理資訊系統是近年來發展的一種環境資源管理工具軟體，運用電腦科技來整合各種不同來源的空間資料，如地圖、數值航照、全球定位系統、衛星遙測影像等，可以協助國土相關機構管理環境，輔助擬訂環境政策及監視環境變化，使我們能充分且永續的管理地球資源。本課程首先介紹地理資訊系統的發展、基本操作功能、地理資料庫建置及主題地圖的繪製，使學生了解地理資訊系統的理論基礎及相關應用，透過一人一機的操作使同學能運用這項新的工具軟體，製作簡單的地理資料庫及統計地圖，使學生於修習本課程後能夠理論與實務兼備。 地理資訊系統發展與相關系統之介紹、ESRI ArcGIS 10.5軟體的基本操作與技術、地理資料建立與處理、地理資料庫管理與分析、地理資訊展示與應用、統計分佈地圖的製作、野外測量與測量數據之展點與整合。本課程之主要目的，旨在培育學生對於「地理資訊系統」的知識與技能，期望學生能由此課程瞭解如何透過地理資訊系統進行資料收集、分析與處理，以獲取相關環境資訊，以及進行協助碩士論文研究之進行

English Outline：

Nowadays, the applications of Geographic Information Systems in non-hakka areas are much more than in hakka areas, so this is value to advance. This course will investigate the cultural industries resources of hakka area deeply, and establish a complete database with a query system through the Geographic Information Systems.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

1.在學校專業化、全人化、與國際化總目標下，培養具有多元族群意識的客家文化創意產業專業人才。 2.培養客家文化產業理論與實務技術兼備的專業人才。 3.培養客語人才與推廣客家文化。 GIS is an environmental resource management tool software developed in recent years. It uses computer technology to integrate spatial data from various sources, such as maps, numerical aerial photos, global positioning systems, satellite telemetry images, etc., to assist in the formulation of environmental policies and monitoring of ecological changes so that we can adequately and sustainably manage the earth's resources. This course first introduces the development of geographic information systems, essential operation functions, establishing a geographic database, and drawing thematic maps so that students can understand the theoretical basis and applications of geographic information systems. The new tool software, making simple geographic databases and statistical maps, enables students to have both theory and practice after taking this course.
