課程大綱Course Description：

本課程透過生涯概論、職業教育與訓練概論等理論探討，以及自我覺察與探索、職涯環境的覺察與探索等實務經驗的練習，希望學生可以發展生涯規與與職業教育與訓練的相關知能。

The purpose of this course is to help students learn the knowledge of career development and vocational education, and have the experience to develop their career plan and to be ready for their teaching job.

1. 了解生涯規劃的基本概念、了解職涯發展與訓練的基本概念 2. 具備自我生涯規劃的能力、具備職涯準備的能力。 3. 開始重視生涯規劃，並為未來職涯發展與訓練做準備。
