課程大綱Course Description:
飼料原料為可被動物消化的可食用物質,用以當作配製飼料之原料。本課程將介紹各種常用飼料作物及飼料原料之特性、飼料原料之利用與效能評估、以及飼料原料之製造方法,並以顯微鏡之檢查,來管控飼料之品質。
English Outline:
Feed raw ingredients are edible substances that can be digested by animals and are used as raw ingredients for the preparation of feed. This course will introduce the characteristics of various commonly used feed crops and feed raw ingredients, the utilization and performance evaluation of feed raw ingredients, and the manufacturing methods of feed raw ingredients, and control the quality of feed by microscopic inspection.
