課程大綱Course Description：

本分析化學實驗課程為學生設計各種化學分析的操作，並講解各種化學分析實驗的原理與操作的詳細過程，使學生得以充分練習其中操作要領。實驗操作的項目包括陰陽離子定性分析、重量分析、酸鹼中和滴定、沉澱滴定、EDTA錯合物滴定、氧化還原滴定與碘滴定等分析技巧。

English Outline：

The course of analytical chemistry laboratory is designed for the student to practice a variety of chemical analyses. The objective of this course is to provide the students the opportunity to understand the chemical principles and learn the operating practices with the detailed directions for the various chemical analytical experiments. The laboratory session includes anion and cation qualitative analyses, gravimetric analysis, acid-base neutralization titrations, precipitation titrations, EDTA-complex formation titrations, redox titrations, titrations with iodine and other analytical techniques.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

本系以培育食品加工研發、發酵生技及品管檢驗人才為教學主軸，採理論與實務並重原則，著重基礎能力，並加強食品專業知識與技術之傳授，以培育食品專業人才。設有兩大學程，分別是發酵學程及活性天然物學程。大學部以培育食品科學理論與實務並重的專業人才為重心，並促進多元文化學習，提升學生學習效率與品質，加強學生基礎學科及語文能力，促進國際學習交流，使其畢業後即可投入職場。
