| 課程大綱Course Description： |
| 本課程教學目的，在於協助學生了解人類個體行為的成長與發展的過程；社會文化、家庭心理動力、與個人心理能量等三大因素如何影響人類個體行為，以及此三大因素的交互作用；個人如何適應其成長過程中的需求，以及變遷中的社會情況或社會壓力等。本課程主要內容為從身體、認知、及社會性等發展，深入了解各階段人類行為一生發展過程；了解各種不同社會組織：包括家庭、社區、學校、職場、社會團體及文化等之現況，以及在這些環境中的人類行為；探討各階段發展過程中，其正常及偏差之行為與問題。教學方法；講授與討論並重，分組實地觀察與訪問，撰寫報告並發表。 |
| English Outline： |
| The purpose of this course is to help students understand：Individual human behavior: the growth and development process. How social culture, family psycho-dynamics’ and individual mentality affect an individual’s behavior and how these factors interact with each other. How an individual adapts his/her self during the growing process in relation to the changing demands of others and the pressure of society as a whole. Course Contents: Examine every stage and general life span development of human behavior based on perspectives from physical, cognitive and psychosocial forces. Understand various kinds of social structures and organizations and the development of human behavior within these social organizations. Social organizations include family, community, school, occupation and work places, social groups and cultures. Discuss normal and abnormal behavior within the life span development and their impacts on society. The teaching method places equal emphasis on lectures as well as discussions. Students will conduct on-site observation projects and interviews in small groups as well as writing reports and classroom presentation. |
