課程大綱Course Description：

此課程主要目的是使學生了解現今社會福利方案實務的現況，以及見習福利工作者的角色與工作內涵。課程進行方式︰學生至福利部門工作單位，了解機構工作的組織架構與服務內涵，以及社會福利機構進行決策的過程。然後由學生運用在校所學習的相關知識與技巧，規劃為民眾提供社會福利服務方案並付諸實行。並且每週與學校督導者進行團體督導。

English Outline：

The aim of this course is to introduce how social service programs operate, and the roles and work nature of social workers under the institution administration. The course will be conducted as follows: students are asked to go to institutions or units and apply related knowledge and skills they have learnt at school to design service programs in institutions or units, and put into practice; in addition, students have group supervision in school work.
