課程大綱Course Description：

本課程目的主要是教導學生以組織社會學與管理學的觀點來分析公私部門的社會工作服務機構，並且融合現在公共行政及企業管理的知識運用在組織的管理與福利服務輸送上。社會工作管理隨著時代趨勢，服務需求增加，加上資源的有限與競爭，服務對象對於服務品質期待的提升，因此，社會工作管理的學習有助於維護社會工作服務的品質及效能，並幫助學生未來於社會工作服務上責信與績效的提升。

English Outline：

The purpose is to teach students to analyze social work service organizations in the public and private sectors from the theory of organizational sociology and management. It integrates into public administration, business management, and welfare service delivery. Social work management follows the trend of the times and expectations for service delivery. Coupled with limited resources and competition, service recipients have higher expectations for service quality. Therefore, the study of social work management helps maintain the quality and effectiveness of social work services and helps Improve students' future responsibilities and performance in social work services.

一、 熟悉社會工作管理相關理論與基本概念，以運用於社會工作實務。 二、 發展學生有關管理職能，利於探討組織中管理的執行與操作。 三、 培養未來於社會工作管理能力，邁向專業之路。
