課程大綱Course Description：

根據教育部大專校院就業職能平台(UCAN)，各行各業在職工作者普遍需具備的八項共通職能包含：溝通表達、持續學習、人際互動、團隊合作、問題解決、創新、工作責任及紀律、資訊科技應用，本課程將聚焦前述共通職能進行探討，期許學生透過本課程精進自身共通職能，提高工作績效。

English Outline：

According to the Ministry of Education’s UCAN Platform, the eight common competencys that workers in all walks of life generally need to possess include: communication, continuous learning, interpersonal interaction, teamwork, problem solving, innovation, work responsibility and discipline , Information technology application, this course will focus on the aforementioned common competencys for discussion, and students are expected to improve their common competencys and improve work performance through this course.
