課程大綱Course Description：

課程內容涵蓋遊憩服務的評量與研究如何探究問題、蒐集數據與分析數據的方法。內容包括：評量與研究的基本差異、為何進行評量、評量的時機、評量的方法、評量的5Ps、收集數據的方法、質性與量化研究的簡介、選擇樣本、發展問卷的方法、訪談法、電子調查、觀察法、實驗設計、遊憩的具體應用、三角驗證、數據分析的方法(量化與質性)等。

English Outline：

The current course covers how to explore problems, collect data and data analysis data in the field of evaluation of recreational services. Contents include: basic concepts of differences between evaluation and research, the reasons of evaluation, when to conduct evaluation programs, 5Ps of evaluation, methods of collecting data, quantitative and qualitative data, selecting samples, developing questionnaires, tips of interview and observation, experimental designs, triangulation or mixed modes, methods of data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), etc.

1.學生將了解方案評量與研究的不同與相同之處 2.學生將了解遊憩服務效益評量的主因與進行評量的方法 3.學生將了解質性與量化數據的特性 4.學生將了解各種評量的方法(訪談法、焦點團體、觀察法、問卷、實驗設計等) 5.學生將了解評量的信效度以及三角驗證的處理方式 6.學生將了解如何進行數據分析(質性與量化數據)
