| 本課程之目的在於協助學生瞭解企業跨文化訓練之內涵，熟悉相關理論基礎與實務作為，以培養從事相關工作之專業知能或生涯規劃之用，課程內容涵蓋：國際人力資源發展、國際管理者與派外者、跨文化訓練、跨文化溝通等。 |
| English Outline： |
| The purpose of this course is to help students understand the concepts of corporate cross-cultural training, become familiar with relevant theoretical foundations and practical approaches, and develop the professional knowledge and career planning skills necessary for related work. The course content includes: international human resource development, international managers and expatriates, cross-cultural training, and cross-cultural communication. |
