課程大綱Course Description:
本課程是教授以數位3D建模工具,可延伸於2D雷射切雕刻製作,一般而言,雷射分成半導體雷射、氣體雷射、固體雷射、光纖雷射,於學校課程內採用既有校內機台,故以氣體雷射-二氧化碳雷射為主。並於課程中,習得操作機台使用,並且由雕刻到切割功率實際學習,為使得更能夠親近雷射使用,在於課程會在以半導體雷射進行打標觀念學習,對應業界常見使用之打標機,可達到產業應用之觀念。
English Outline:
This course focuses on digital 3D modeling tools that can be extended to 2D laser cutting and engraving production. Generally, lasers are categorized into semiconductor lasers, gas lasers, solid-state lasers, and fiber lasers. The course utilizes the existing machinery within the school, primarily focusing on gas lasers, specifically CO2 lasers. Throughout the course, students will learn how to operate these machines, from engraving to learning about cutting power in practice, to get closer to the use of lasers. The course will include learning the concept of marking with semiconductor lasers, corresponding to the marking machines commonly used in the industry, to achieve an understanding of industrial applications.
