課程大綱Course Description：

本課程目的為：協助學生初步認識DNA、RNA以及PROTEIN等分子之資料庫以及分析軟體。並學習了分子之間的相關性與植物各種代謝路徑之關連性。並實際操作設計各類型PCR引子，序列比對以及基因構築繪圖等內容之操作練習

English Outline：

The purpose of this course is to help students gain an initial understanding of databases and analysis software for molecules such as DNA, RNA, and PROTEIN. And learned the correlation between molecules and various metabolic pathways of plants. Practical exercises include designing various types of PCR primers, sequence comparison, and gene construction drawing.
