課程大綱Course Description：

本課程旨教導學生微生物學之基本操作及觀念，作為未來學習臨床微生物學及其它應用課程之基礎。內容包括革蘭氏染色法、抗酸性染色法、莢膜染色法及芽胞染色法、培養基之製備、無菌操作、細菌接種及純化技術、細菌之生長及定量、消毒劑對細菌生長之影響、生化反應試驗、快速診斷套組之使用及厭氧細菌之培養等。

English Outline：

This laboratory course is to introduce basic techniques and concepts on microbiology as a basis for student to study advanced courses such as the clinical microbiology and other applied courses. The contents include Gram’s stain, acid fast stain, capsule stain, spore stain, preparations of medium, aseptic manipulation technique, bacterial inoculation and purification, bacterial growth and quantitation, effect of antimicrobial drugs on bacterial growth, biological tests, diagnostic kits and culture of anaerobic bacteria.
