課程大綱Course Description:
品保與品管可確保產品的品質,在各種產業上扮演舉足輕重的角色。本課程的目的為使同學具備品保與品管之概念、瞭解其產業應用之各種實務,並學習如何將品保與品管落實於生物科技產業。課程內容涵蓋品質的概念、各種品質制度、品管與品保之關係、全面品質保證系統、各式品管方法及生技產業之各式優良實務。
English Outline:
Quality assurance and quality control can ensure product quality and play a pivotal role in various industries. The purpose of this course is to equip students with the concepts of quality assurance and quality control, to understand the various practices of their industrial applications, and to learn how to implement quality assurance and quality control in the biotechnology industry. The content of the course covers the concept of quality, various quality systems, the relationship between quality control and quality assurance, a comprehensive quality assurance system, various quality control methods and various good practices in the biotechnology industry.
