課程大綱Course Description：

本課程為配合非主修有機化學的教材而開設，期使使學生熟練一般實驗技術及操作，進而對教材理論的了解及應證。除物理常數之測定外，其他依官能基的種類逐一實驗；烷、烯、炔、苯、鹵烷、醇、酚、胺、醚、醛、酮、羧酸、羧酸衍生物、脂類、醣類、核酸與蛋白質。每一實驗的重點是由官能基所產生的化學、物理性質。部分實驗亦包括簡易少量的合成。

English Outline：

This course is devised in conjunction with the lecture material nonmajors in organic chemistry. It provides students a profound understanding of subject-matter from laboratory work and familiarity with basic techniques. In addition to measurements of physical constants, the course is carried out in a functional approach: alkanes, alkenes alkyens, benzenes, organic halides, alcohols, ethers, aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acids, and the deritatives of carboxylic acid, amines. Each experiment emphasizes the common chemical properties ascribed to functional groups.
