本課程旨在介紹生物技術的基礎知識與技術。內容涵蓋生物技術的起源與發展過程，相關生物化學與分子生物學知識技術的融合介紹，接著介紹重組DNA技術、醫學生物技術。

English Outline：

The aim of the class is to introduce the basic knowledge and techniques about Biotechnology. The course starts with the introduction of the history of Biotechnology, followed by the depiction of recombinant DNA technology, and the application of biotechnology in medicine.
