課程大綱Course Description：

1.強化個人與環境衛生之關係，使同學養成良好之衛生習慣，以促進身體健康。 2.培養同學愛校護校之優良品德，重視公共設施之維護與使用，養成良好生活習慣。 3.加強垃圾分類之習慣，灌輸環保新觀念，使同學瞭解生活品質之重要性。 4.社區環境打掃。

English Outline：

1.Enhanc the sanitation of the environment, making students to have good hygiene habits, in order to make body healthy 2.Cultivate students good morality of loving and protecting our campus ,attach importance to using and maintaining public facilities, forming them good living habits. 3.Enhance them the habit of classifying garbage ,inculcate them new notion of environmental protection, make students understand the importance of living quality. 4.Cleaning the community.

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

為提升台灣禽畜產業之競爭力，結合畜產科學與生物科技，培育具備種畜禽遺傳育種改良技術、高效率繁殖生產技術、現代化禽畜舍規劃與飼養管理技術、飼料配方設計與製造技術、安全畜產品開發與利用技術、實驗動物飼養管理技術及永續禽畜場管理技術等專業人才。同時，應用理論與實務並重之課程模組，養成兼具社會道德倫理與多元文化素養之現代化經濟動物生產之技術管理人才，以開拓畜產業之新契機。
