課程大綱Course Description：

本實習配合畜產品微生物學之課程，內容包括微生物培養、菌種活化、微生物檢驗及鑑定，抗生素檢查與發酵產品之製造，期使學生能於畜產品微生物操作及掌控更具信心。

English Outline：

The objective of this course is to give the student more confidence in practically handling the microbial condition of animal products. It includes the activation and culturation of pure culture, determination and identification of microorganisms, examination of antibiotics, and manufacture of fermented products, etc

本科目教學目標Course Objectives：

為提升台灣禽畜產業之競爭力，結合畜產科學與生物科技，培育具備種畜禽遺傳育種改良技術、高效率繁殖生產技術、現代化禽畜舍規劃與飼養管理技術、飼料配方設計與製造技術、安全畜產品開發與利用技術、實驗動物飼養管理技術及永續禽畜場管理技術等專業人才。同時，應用理論與實務並重之課程模組，養成兼具社會道德倫理與多元文化素養之現代化經濟動物生產之技術管理人才，以開拓畜產業之新契機。
