課程大綱Course Description：

本課程內容是講授各種畜牧業所使用農業機械的特性及用途與工廠作業等相關知識，內容包括工廠作業相關項目以及農業動力與農業作業機械等。畜牧業動力主要介紹發動機(包括汽、柴油引擎)及電動馬達之作用原理及結構。畜牧業作業機械則介紹育苗、整地、播種、中耕除草、培土、灌溉、病蟲害防治、施肥、收穫、運搬等及農產品收穫後處理機具與溫室環控設施之植物工廠之認知，及其他工程機械(具)在農業上應用的介紹與維護保養。

English Outline：

The content of this course is to teach the characteristics and uses of various agricultural machinery and related knowledge of factory operations, including projects related to factory operations, agricultural power and agricultural operation machinery. Agricultural power mainly introduces the working principle and structure of engines (including gasoline and diesel engines) and electric motors.
